Our staff  

We understand the trust which is being placed upon us having access to your business and as such are very selective in who we employ. 

We employee locals who are hard working and honest, we take care of our staff by paying at least award wages, long service leave, superannuation and workcover; we do not subcontract. We take pride in having a very low staff turnover rate, something which is not normal for the cleaning industry. We provide all training, equipment and chemicals to ensure a consistent service

Matthew Bowen and Kaori Bowen - Director

Matthew has been overseeing the running of Adorn cleaning and assisting staff to provide professional services in Cairns and Brisbane for 15 years.

Kaori Bowen - Director

Kaori has been overseeing the running of Adorn Services for 15 years and assisting staff to provide professional services in Cairns and Brisbane, with a special focus in the day to day running of all services in Brisbane and all accounting matters.

Samuel Petherick-Bowen - Operations Manager 

Samuel has been with Adorn Services for 14 years, starting as a cleaner to now running the day to day operations for all of Cairns. Samuel is regularly on the tools, communicating with clients and empowering our staff to provide professional services.
